The GENIUS Dr. Einstein was the first person who predicted these Black Holes along with his paper General Theory of Relativity in 1916. Later the first Black Hole was discovered practically or physically in the year 1971.
What is a black hole?
The region which is having a high density of mass is in Black color hence it can be called so. Stars can be converted into Black Holes after they expire their lives. Physics laws are not applicable in this region due to the high Gravitational Force. Even the speed of light can’t escape through it. Based upon the size of a Black Hole, they are of three types :
- supermassive black holes
- intermediate black holes
- stellar or small black holes
How they were found?
If an empty space is found surrounded by a region that is no possible to escape then we will confirm that it is a Black Hole. Telescopes are the optical devices that are used to find distinct objects like stars, satellites, asteroids, black holes, planets, etc. Obviously, Telescope is one of the great inventions by Hans Lippershey and later it was developed by Galileo and he was the first person who aims at the sky.

HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE :
Dr.Edwin Hubble used the Telescope in the 1920s and it is the large telescope at that time. It is the first major optical telescope to be placed in space.
The Hubble space telescope is named in honor of astronomer Dr.Edwin Hubble. Hubble’s launch and deployment in April 1990. With the help of this Telescope, Dr.Hubble proved that the universe is expanding and it leads the foundation of Big Bang Theory. It is about 13.3 meters long which is approximately the length of a long school bus. Hubble doesn’t travel to stars, galaxies or any other planets. It whirls around the Earth with a speed of 17,000 mph.
Hubble find the ‘missing link’ by Black hole in 2020
Hubble space telescope recently discovered an intermediate black hole. With this discovery Hubble clarifies the doubt which was raised in 2006. In 2006 the two famed observatories by NASA caught powerful X-rays in space, but we don’t know where they came from whether they related to our milky way galaxy or from another galaxy.
Hubble clarifies this with high-resolution photography showing the X-ray source is a black hole also known as 3XMM J215022.4-055108 is located in a star cluster at the edge of another galaxy.
The black hole is an intermediate-mass type black hole and the X-ray glow from the shredded star allowed astronomers to estimate the black hole mass is 50,000 solar mass. In 2009 Hubble was a tie-up with NASA’s Swift Observatory and ESA’s XMM-Newton to identify what is interpreted as an IMBH, called HLX-1. “The main difference is that our object is tearing a star apart, providing strong evidence that it is a massive black hole, instead of a stellar-mass black hole as people often worry about for previous candidates including HLX-1,” Lin said.
